Vadim Gierko

Vadim Gierko is currently working as an Inspector at Urząd Miasta Lublin since November 2015. Vadim also co-founded ProGrowR in April 2023 where Vadim served as the CTO and Full-stack Developer. Additionally, Vadim has experience leading workshops at Warsztaty Notowania Wizualnego and Warsztaty Zarządzania Procesem Twórczym. Vadim has also authored content for "Kreatywne Notatki" and "Łowca Pomysłów" on Facebook and Instagram, as well as an ebook titled "Zarządzanie Procesem Twórczym." In terms of education, Vadim holds a Magister degree in Sociology from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej and is a trained classical guitarist from Szkoła Muzyczna im. Witolda Lutosławskiego.
