Adrian Holland

Adrian Holland's work experience includes several roles at The Lubrizol Corporation, EFfci Board, and Noveon. At The Lubrizol Corporation, they held positions such as Senior Director Strategic Accounts, Director of Strategic Account Management, and Global Business Director for Key Accounts. In these roles, they were responsible for leading global key account programs and implementing best practices, coaching and managing teams, and developing global strategies for growth. At EFfci Board, they served as the EFfci chair for the Direct members council. Additionally, they worked as the Business Director for PHC Europe, MEA & South Asia at Lubrizol, where they led and grew the Personal & Homecare business within the region, managed technical service laboratories, and led a multicultural sales and marketing team. Before that, they were the European Sales Manager EMEAI at The Lubrizol Corporation, and earlier in their career, they were a Global Account Manager at Noveon.

Adrian Holland obtained a Diploma in Management from Henley Business School from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from the University of Leicester between 1983 and 1986. Adrian Holland completed their prior education at Sir John Deane's Grammar School from 1976 to 1983.
