Aimin Liu has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent position was as the Vice President Global Operations, Advanced Material at The Lubrizol Corporation, a role they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, APAC Operations at the same company from January 2016 to May 2023.
Before joining The Lubrizol Corporation, Aimin worked at AkzoNobel as the Global Manufacturing Director for Chelates & Micronutrient from January 2011 to December 2015. They also held the position of General Manager - EMC Business at Henkel from December 2003 to January 2011.
Earlier in their career, Aimin served as the General Manager at Shanghai Anometal Aluminum Co, Ltd from December 2009 to April 2010. They also gained experience at Motorola Semiconductor, where they worked in Production Engineering from December 1995 to August 2002.
Aimin Liu attended the Wharton School in 2018, where they completed the Executive Leadership Development Program. In 2002-2003, they pursued a Master's degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering at Cornell University. From 1998 to 2000, they obtained a Graduate Level Certificate in Executive Business Education from Texas McCombs School of Business. Aimin began their education journey by earning a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Machinery from Dalian University of Technology from 1990 to 1994.
