Cindy Sullivan has a extensive work experience in regulatory and quality assurance roles. Cindy started their career in 1982 as a Quality Control Analyst at Miller Brewing and later joined Gojo Industries in 1986 as a Sr. Quality Assurance Group Manager. In 1997, they became a Regulatory Specialist at Gojo Industries and worked there till 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they were a Personal Care Regulatory Manager at Noveon. In 2006, they joined The Lubrizol Corporation as a Personal Care Global Regulatory Manager and later became the Personal Care & Pharma Global Regulatory Manager. In 2009, they were appointed as the NCS Regulatory Programs Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation. From 2011 to 2017, they served as the Product Stewardship Manager and currently holds the position of Chief Product Steward.
Cindy Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Secondary Science Education from Syracuse University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. In addition, they obtained a certification as a RAPS Member from the Regulatory Affairs Certification Program in February 1999.
