John Valukas

John Valukas has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. John currently works as Vice President, Operational Excellence at The Lubrizol Corporation since 2023. Prior to that, they held several positions at PPG, including Global Optimization and Strategy Director, Global Business Transformation Director, Global Commercial Director, Global General Manager, Global Account Director, Global Segment Manager, and Market Segment Manager. Before PPG, they worked at Sherwin Williams as Director of Operations, Plant Manager, Project Manager, and Sales Representative. John also worked at Castle Metals as an Inside Sales Representative.

John Valukas attended Drake University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
