Lesley Muscarnero

Lesley Muscarnero has extensive work experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Lesley is currently working as the Vice President of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness at The Lubrizol Corporation since October 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Campbell Soup Company, including Senior Director of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness from April 2022 to October 2023 and Director of Talent Management from October 2020 to April 2022. Before joining Campbell Soup Company, Lesley worked at Exelon Corporation for over 15 years, where they served as the Director of Talent Management and Leadership Development from May 2017 to October 2020. Lesley also held roles such as Senior Manager of Talent Management and Principal Strategic Business Partner during their tenure at Exelon. Lesley has a solid background in human resources and has been recognized for their expertise in driving strategic transformations, implementing performance management processes, and enhancing leadership coaching models.

Lesley Muscarnero earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Arcadia University between 1993 and 1997.
