Jennifer Burton

Jennifer Burton is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in implementing HR systems and processes. Currently serving as a Human Resources Project Manager at Lucas Group since May 2019, Jennifer is responsible for the implementation of a Learning Management System and On-boarding System for a holding company and its associated businesses across the United States and Canada. Previously, as a Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist at Laird from November 2009 to November 2018, Jennifer developed a paperless onboarding process that achieved excellent feedback from all new hires and hiring managers. Jennifer was also a team lead for global engineering and R&D job mapping in that role. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, where Jennifer established a formal HR function and created essential processes for performance management and talent management. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Akron.
