Lori Gianino

Lori Gianino first joined the Lucasfilm family more than two decades ago, beginning her career with Industrial Light & Magic as a software developer. Today she oversees the development of Information Systems, pioneering new best practices in areas including digital asset management, production tracking and production operations. Building from a technology strategy based on innovation and service, in 2019 she also took over the leadership of Production Technology for physical production features and series. With empathy and creative problem solving, she believes that every challenge can have a win-win outcome – a theory consistently tested by her other full-time job as a mom.
