Toufic Adlouni has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Toufic began their career as a Stagiaire du barreau at O'Hanlon, Sanders, Teixeira in June 2017 and later became an Avocat - Attorney at the same firm from December 2017 to July 2018. Toufic then joined Renno & Co in July 2018 as an Emerging Technologies Lawyer. In June 2019, they co-founded LUCA Theory. Prior to their legal career, Toufic worked as an Adjoint législatif at the Parliament of Canada in 2016 and served as the Vice-president Organization at Young Liberals of Canada | Jeunes libéraux du Canada from February 2014 to June 2016. Toufic also gained experience as an Access to Information and Privacy Analyst through a summer internship at Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada in 2015. Additionally, Toufic held roles such as Strategic Planner at Carleton University Student Association in 2013 and Chairman of Council at Rideau River Residence Association from 2010 to 2013. Toufic also worked at Treasury Board of Canada as a Web 2.0 Policy and Engagement Assistant from September 2012 to January 2013, as well as a Social Media Coordinator and Research Assistant from June 2012 to August 2012.

Toufic Adlouni began their education at Ashbury College, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 2005 to 2008. Toufic then went on to attend Carleton University from 2008 to 2012, earning a degree in Public Affairs and Policy Management with a focus on International Relations and Economics. After a few years in the workforce, Toufic returned to school and enrolled at Université Laval, where they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they furthered their legal education at École du Barreau, completing a professional training program in law.
