Antonio Mastrangelo

Antonio Mastrangelo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience as a CFO and in corporate development, having served as Corporate CFO at Lucchini RS since September 2011. In this role, Antonio leads teams in accounting, finance, and IT to support international subsidiaries and projects, overseeing planning and budgeting, cost control, treasury management, and process improvement. Prior to this position, Antonio held the role of Corporate Development and Controlling Manager at Gewiss SPA, where responsibilities included corporate forecasting, financial evaluations for new businesses, and M&A project analysis. Earlier career experience includes serving as ADM Director at Schupa GMBH and as an Audit & Consulting Manager at Deloitte. Antonio holds a degree from Università degli Studi Bergamo.
