Jill Miranda has over 15 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse fields, currently serving as Manager of Utilization Management at Lucet since 2014. Prior positions include Utilization Manager at New Directions Behavioral Health and various roles as a counselor and therapist at organizations such as Birmingham Metro Treatment Center, Bradford Health Services, and UAB Medical West.
