Rupak Dasgupta

Rupak Dasgupta is a Robotics Engineer at LUCI since June 2018, with prior experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Colorado School of Mines, where Rupak developed an algorithm for autonomous underground mine exploration using LiDAR. Previously, Rupak worked as an Assembly Engineer at Felsomat India Pvt. Ltd., overseeing robot and automation system assemblies, and also gained early experience through internships at Larsen & Toubro, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Siemens, focusing on programming and automation projects. Rupak holds a Master's Degree in Robotics from Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from Manipal Institute of Technology.
