Sarah Shannon

Sarah Shannon is a seasoned professional in human resources and technology management, currently serving as the People Technology Manager at Lucid Motors since November 2021. Prior to this role, Sarah held several positions at Dawn Foods Global, including Senior HR Information Systems Manager, where a cross-functional HRIS team was created and managed, and served as an HR Business Partner impacting 2,500 employees during a North American restructure. Earlier experience includes senior roles at Gerdau, Eaton Aerospace, and Hatch Stamping Company, where management of employee relations, labor relations, and HR operations were key responsibilities. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University.
