Sourabh Kulkarni

Sourabh Kulkarni is an experienced engineer specializing in thermal controls and vehicle control systems. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Lucid Motors since September 2021, Sourabh has honed expertise in advanced climate control strategies for autonomous vehicles during a tenure as an Engineer at NIO. Prior experience includes developing application control software at MAGNA Powertrain and contributing to energy management strategies in the ARPA-E NEXTCAR project during a research assistantship at Michigan Technological University. Sourabh holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in HEV and Control Systems from Michigan Technological University and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering.
