Thamer Aleisa

Thamer Aleisa is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for the Middle East at Lucid Motors since November 2021, Thamer has previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Development Manager at a confidential government entity and served as Senior Manager of Organization Development at National Housing Company from October 2017 to October 2020. Thamer's expertise encompasses performance management, compensation and benefits, succession and career planning, learning and development, workforce planning, organization design, and employee engagement. Prior positions include Human Resources & Administration Manager at Al-Faisaliah Group and training coordinator at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. Thamer holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in English Translation from King Saud University.
