Steve Air

Steve Air is an experienced professional with a solid background in operational development and business management. Currently serving as the Operational Development Manager at Lucid Technology Solutions since October 2020, Steve oversees technology solutions and acts as an outsourced IT department. Previously at Diamond Group Ltd as the National Business Manager, responsibilities included managing a large customer base and fostering new business growth. Additional roles include Business Development Manager at Aim High Training Solutions, Learner Engagement and Contracts Manager at E Achieve Training Limited, and Assistant Depot Manager at Go North East, among others. Steve began a career in sales as a consultant at Pennine Home Improvements and developed skills in underwriting at NORWICH UNION INSURANCE LIMITED. Starting as a Technical Apprentice at Turnbull Electro Platers Ltd, Steve possesses a comprehensive skill set applicable to various sectors. Education was completed at Blyth Ridley High School from 1994 to 1999.
