Kat Judd

Taking pride in bringing people together, Kat is currently honored to serve as Lucid’s Vice President of People Operations. She firmly believes in empowering people, understanding that it’s important to provide employees with the right tools so they can deliver excellent work. She has 10 years of experience as a management side employment law attorney focused on preventative advice and counsel, workplace investigations, and employment law training. Named Young Alumna of the Year in 2016, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from BYU and a J.D. from the University of Utah. Kat enjoys attending the Sundance Film Festival, reading fiction, and spending time with her husband and their son.
