Ryan Galloway

Ryan Galloway is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in software support and management within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Lucido since November 2021, Galloway specializes in trade and risk management solutions, focusing on optimizing trading platforms. Prior to this role, Galloway was the Allegro Support Manager at ION from October 2019 to November 2021, and served as a Senior Support Analyst at Allegro Development from February 2005 to October 2019, where responsibilities included maintaining customer relationships for major clients such as ExxonMobil and Occidental Energy Marketing. Galloway began the career in IT support at TXU, providing software support for the energy trading department. A graduate of Tarleton State University, Galloway earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems in 2001.
