Richard Luck

Richard Luck is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management roles, particularly at Luck Companies, where Richard has progressed from Foreman Trainee to Executive Vice President since 2015. In addition to Richard's tenure at Luck Companies, experience includes serving as a Leadership Development Partner at InnerWill Leadership Institute and co-founding UnBoundRVA. Prior to these roles, Richard contributed to education as a High School Mathematics Teacher with Teach For America. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Virginia Military Institute and furthered professional development through The Entrepreneur’s Boot Camp at Babson College.
