Luis Caro has extensive experience in customer retention and sales management within the gaming and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Head of CRM & Customer Retention for Luckia since April 2013, Caro manages all customer retention activities and oversees the planning and execution of international retention campaigns. Previous roles at Luckia include VIP & Outbound Manager, where responsibilities included training teams and coordinating retention strategies. Caro's earlier experience includes positions at Betfair as an Outbound Sales Representative and at Athlone Institute of Technology in outside sales, alongside a leadership role at Terra Mítica Meetings & Events. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Customer Relationship Management and a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School and U.N.E.D., respectively, as well as a Law Degree from Universitat d'Alacant and a Licentiate degree in International Law from Università degli Studi di Parma.
