Raquel Muñoz Herradon

Raquel Muñoz Herradon is an experienced professional in customer service and technical support, currently serving as the International Customer Service Manager and Responsible Gambling at Luckia Games since July 2015. In this role, Raquel oversees multi-country teams to enhance efficiency and profitability, while also developing daily operational objectives for the call center. Prior to this, Raquel held the position of Head of Customer and Technical Support at both Luckia Games and bwin, where responsibilities included ensuring customer satisfaction and managing technical support processes. Raquel began their career as a croupier at Casino Gran Madrid, gaining comprehensive knowledge of casino gaming. Raquel holds a Management Development Program in Business Leadership from the University of St.Gallen completed in 2017.
