Ali Shahab

Ali Shahab is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Lucky Cement Limited since August 2018, Ali also holds the position of General Manager - Legal & Corporate Affairs. Previous roles include Head of Legal at Dawlance Group of Companies, Senior Manager Legal Affairs at House of Habib, and Senior Legal Counsel at National Investment Trust Limited. Ali began a legal career as an Associate at RIAA Barker Gillette Global Alliance and Cornelius, Lane & Mufti, focusing on commercial transactions, regulatory issues, and providing legal support for energy projects. Ali holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of London, earned in July 2007.
