Lucy Hill

Lucy Hill is an experienced Learning and Development Specialist at Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel, a position held since December 2009. In this role, Lucy has gained extensive experience through the Organizational Development Program, working across various departments within the casino and undertaking diverse responsibilities. Prior to this, Lucy worked as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant for the Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation from December 2006 to December 2009, where responsibilities included maintaining personnel files, supporting employee relations, facilitating orientation, and participating in hiring and recruiting processes.
