Sheron Kitchilan

Sheron Kitchilan is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in data analytics and business intelligence across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Lucytech, Sheron collaborates with the management team to analyze customer behavior through metrics such as DAU/MAU ratios and retention rates. Previously, as a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer at OCTAVE - John Keells Group, responsibilities included capturing and documenting end-user requirements for BI reporting. Sheron has also held positions as a Software Engineer at Wiley, where analytics were provided for numerous external customers, and as an Engineer at Moody's Analytics, developing automation solutions. Early career experience includes data analytics roles at London Stock Exchange Group and an internship at Affno. Sheron holds a Master of Business Studies from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor of Science Special (Hons) in Information Technology from SLIIT.
