Lisa Steinhübel

Lisa Steinhübel's work experience includes a role as Project Lead Employer Attractiveness at Lufthansa Cargo starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Manager at KfW from 2022 to 2023. Lisa also held the position of Senior Team Lead People Development at Emma – The Sleep Company in 2022. From 2017 to 2022, Lisa worked at Lufthansa Group Business Services, first as Head of Diagnostics & Assessments and then in Talent Management. Lisa gained experience at Lufthansa as a Masterthesis People Development and as an intern in People Development from 2016 to 2017.
