Juliana Reyes

Juliana Reyes is a Product Sales Manager at Lufthansa Technik since June 2023. Previously, Juliana served as the Regional Smart Manufacturing Project Lead at Cargill from August 2021 to October 2022, where leadership was provided for the Smart Manufacturing program in Europe, employing agile methodologies for fast implementation. At Smurfit Kappa from March 2018 to July 2021, Juliana was involved in Operational Excellence initiatives across multiple operations, supporting Six Sigma projects and acting as Project Engineer for manufacturing intelligence tool deployment. Juliana's earlier experience includes roles as a trainee, intern, and engineer at various organizations, including Givaudan and Smurfit Kappa, complemented by a Master of Science in Production Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
