Fiona Soplet has worked for Lug since 2007, beginning as an Operations Manager and Accounting Manager. In 2017, they were promoted to Director of Operations, where their responsibilities included communicating with the Design Team to determine new product launches and life cycle of existing styles, evaluating supply chain needs, leading and managing the pricing process of all products, communicating with factories regarding PO placement, managing the exclusive product process for selected Tier 1 accounts, ensuring correct HS code is applied to products, sourcing new items, products and supplies, managing and maintaining relationships with freight forwarders, and ensuring proper costs and price levels are loaded into NetSuite ERP software. As Operations Manager and Accounting Manager, their responsibilities included short/medium term planning and organization of all resources, participating in the sales process, attending regular progress meetings with Senior Managers and Directors, creating a positive culture, identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies, and providing operational cover for absent Senior Managers.

Fiona Soplet received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and Information Technology from SAIT Polytechnic Calgary, Alberta in 2012. Prior to that, they studied Accounting and Information Technology at Seneca College from 2003 to 2007.
