Laura Halter

Laura Halter's work experience begins at UAMS - University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where they worked from 2007 to 2009 as a Project/Program Manager and Practice Manager in the College of Pharmacy Dean's Office. In this role, they managed the office, supervised personnel, created and maintained budgets, facilitated the hiring of new faculty members, and responded to calls for the Drug Info Center and Poison Control.

From 2009 to 2012, Laura worked at Luke & Associates, Inc. as a Credentialing Manager and Marketing Coordinator. In 2019, Laura joined St. Vincent's HealthCare as the Manager of Physician Practice Operations at Arlington Health Center. Laura oversaw clinical and clerical staff, facilities, practice flows, human resources functions, revenues, budget, and patient satisfaction.

Currently, Laura is employed at Luke & Associates, Inc. as Deputy Program Manager. In this role, they provide oversight and management of government contracts and programs in support of the Program Manager, specifically focusing on staffing and credentialing healthcare workers and medical professionals to provide patient care to members of the armed services and their families at military treatment facilities.

Laura Halter attended Central Baptist College from an unknown start year to the present, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration and Management, with a general field of study. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Arkansas State University. Laura is currently studying at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock since 2008, working towards a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
