Viktoria Nekrasova has over two decades of experience in public relations and digital strategy, currently serving as the Head of Digital Strategy Direction for Public Relations at LUKOIL since April 2012. Prior to this role, Viktoria held the position of Head of the PR/GR Department at LUKOIL - Western Siberia from 2002 to 2012, demonstrating a strong background in strategic communication and stakeholder engagement within the energy sector.
