Al Bilyeu

Al Bilyeu possesses extensive experience in military operations and strategic planning, with a career spanning several roles since May 1987. Currently serving as a Lessons Learned ORSA at Lukos since May 2021, Al Bilyeu previously worked as a Wargame Designer at HII Technical Solutions from June 2018 to May 2021 and as a Headquarters Exercise Planner at ICE Inc. from November 2017 to June 2018. Other notable positions include USSOCOM Wargame Center ORSA at THOR Solutions, Multinational Exercise Planner at RDR, Inc., and Antiterrorism Policy Advisor for the U.S. Navy Region Europe, Africa, Southwest Asia. Al Bilyeu's military background includes a role as a Special Forces Officer in the US Army for over two decades. Al Bilyeu's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Joint Officer Additional Skill Identifier from the Joint and Combined Warfighting School, among other military educational accomplishments.
