Jennifer Effler

Jennifer Effler is a skilled professional with extensive experience in leadership engagement and enterprise systems. Currently serving as a Senior Leader Engagement Analyst at Lukos since March 2023, Jennifer previously held the position of Enterprise System Manager at Black Bear Technology Solutions, LLC from June 2022 to March 2023. Jennifer's background includes a role as Communications Information Specialist (GS-12) at the Department of the Air Force from September 2019 to May 2022 and as Suspense Management Analyst at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. from October 2009 to August 2019. Jennifer also contributed as an Information and Graphics Coordinator (Volunteer) at the 6th Medical Group- MacDill AFB in 2009 and as a Business/Manpower Analyst at Gemini Industries LLC for a brief period in 2008.
