Caroline Willson is a highly experienced yoga instructor who has worked with various organizations and universities to lead Vinyasa and Restorative yoga classes. Caroline creates dynamic sequences catering to different skill levels and focuses on alignment, breath work, and functional mobility to promote overall well-being. With a background in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, Caroline also has experience as a physical therapy aide and sports medicine intern.
