Cary Penrose has significant experience in various roles related to sales, support, and management. Cary started their career at Lulu Press, Inc. in 2009 as a Customer Voice Specialist focused on print. From there, they progressed within the company and served as a Global Fulfillment Specialist and then as the Global Fulfillment Team Lead, where they managed supply chain partners and a team of technical support agents. Cary then became the Manager of Global Fulfillment Support, overseeing a team of top-tier technical support agents and handling escalations. Following that role, Cary took on the position of Business Development Manager, specializing in outbound sales for Lulu's Global Print API technology solution. Currently, they work as the Manager of Ecommerce Sales and Support, responsible for managing a team and providing support for Lulu's Direct Selling tools. In addition to their work at Lulu Press, Cary has also worked at Maestro Productions as an Audiovisual Events Manager and at Marshall Media, Inc., where they served as a Producer managing all aspects of the production process for events.
Cary Penrose attended Union University from 2001 to 2005 but did not earn a degree or pursue a specific field of study. Later, between the years 2006 and 2010, they attended SEBTS and obtained a Master's degree, although the field of study remains unspecified.
