Shari Moss

Shari Moss is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and merchandising. Currently serving as GEC Manager and US Operations Manager at lululemon since January 2019, Shari has successfully mentored teams to meet key performance indicators while fostering professional growth through effective leadership coaching. Previously, Shari held various roles within lululemon, including GEC Team Lead, where responsibilities included driving business results and encouraging team development. Prior experience includes serving as VP & Chief Merchant at Awards.com, where Shari managed merchandising and strategic planning, and as Merchandise Manager at Genesis Direct, overseeing multiple aspects of product sourcing and catalog design. Shari's career began as Director of Merchandising & Product Development at Winer Industries, leading merchandising efforts for three sportswear divisions. Shari holds an education from the University of Maryland.
