Stacia Marie Jones, Esq. is an accomplished legal professional and educator specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), with a robust career spanning various high-profile roles. Currently serving as an Affiliate Instructor and Dean's Impact Scholar Emeritus at the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, Stacia teaches courses focused on corporate DEI, employment law, and critical race theory. In addition, Stacia holds the position of Vice President and Global Head of IDEA at lululemon, managing multiple global teams dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace culture and addressing employee relations issues. Previous experience includes roles at Microsoft as Associate General Counsel, at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. as Vice President and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, and as an attorney at MFR Law Group and Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where Stacia defended employers in discrimination claims. Stacia earned a Juris Doctor with honors and a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Journalism and Political Science from The Ohio State University.
