Carolina Perdomo, PHRca, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Carolina began their career in 2004 as a Front Office-Concierge at Hotel Casa Dann Carlton. Carolina then worked as a Customer Relations Representative at Radisson before transitioning to a role as a Flight Attendant at Avianca in 2005.
In 2006, Carolina joined Stanford Park Hotel, where they held positions as a Housekeeping Supervisor, MID - Manager in Development, and Food and Beverage Services Manager. In 2010, they moved to Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts, where they served as an Assistant Outlets Manager, Payroll Administrator/Executive Assistant, and eventually as an Assistant Human Resources Manager from 2012 to 2013.
Carolina's career continued to progress as they became the Director of Human Resources at Hotel G San Francisco from 2013 to 2015. Carolina then took on the role of Complex Director of People Services at Two Roads Hospitality from 2015 to 2017.
In 2017, Carolina joined YOTEL as the Director of Human Resources until March 2020. Carolina'smost recent position is with LUMA Hotel San Francisco, where they currently hold the role of Director of People Curation since March 2021.
Throughout their career, Carolina Perdomo has gained extensive experience in people management, human resources, and operations within the hospitality industry, making their a valuable asset to any organization.
Carolina Perdomo, PHRca, holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) certification from HRCI in July 2020. Prior to this, they also received the PI Certified Practitioner certification from The Predictive Index in June 2018.
