Alex Kolen

Alex Kolen is a Principal Scientist at LUMA Vision, a company developing a novel ultrasound based cardiac imaging catheter. Prior to this role, Alex served as a Principal Clinical Scientist and Senior Scientist at Philips, with a focus on clinical evidence collection and development of cardiac simulation technologies. Alex also has experience as a post-doctoral researcher at Maastricht UMC+ and as a software engineer at ASML. Alex holds a PhD from the University of London in Physics.
