Janson Pan has five years of professional experience. Janson began their career in 2010 as a Summer Research Intern at the National Institutes of Health. In 2011, they were a Summer Intern at vSpring Capital. In 2012, they worked as a Business Analyst at Capital One. In 2013, they joined Citi as an Investment Banking Analyst, where they worked on several key transactions, including the M&A advisor to Apollo on their $12.3bn LBO of ADT and the IPO of AquaVenture Holdings. In 2016, they moved to Formlabs as the Head of FP&A and Strategic Finance, where they provided financial modeling and valuation support for Formlabs' Series B, C, D, and E rounds and lead their annual global budgeting process. Currently, they are working as Business Development, Strategic Finance, and Special Projects at Lumafield.

Janson Pan attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Finance and Biology, respectively.
