James Todman CGMA is a seasoned financial professional with diverse work experience spanning several industries. James began their career at Virgin d3, where they progressed from Ledger Clerk to Financial Reporting Manager, gaining experience in implementing new systems and processes. James then joined Cohn & Wolfe as a Divisional Accountant, where they provided financial support to the Healthcare business division.

James later joined Direct Line Group as a Business Analyst, working in various roles within Group FP&A. James was responsible for management reporting, coordinating inputs and outputs, and ensuring Group deliverables were met. James then moved to Liberty Specialty Markets, where they served as a Senior Accountant focusing on business planning, new processes, and reporting, becoming a trusted business partner to four divisions.

In 2016, James joined Clark Health Communications Ltd as Head of Finance and later became the Financial Director. James played a vital role in bringing accounting in-house, building a Finance function, and introducing a streamlined business planning process. James also held the position of Commercial Director at HAVAS Just::, where they had day-to-day responsibility for financial and commercial business functions, reporting directly to the CEO.
