Vincent Roullet

Vincent Roullet is an experienced leader in customer experience and digital transformation, currently serving as SVP of Customer Experience at LumApps since January 2020, where leadership focuses on supporting customers throughout their journey. Prior to LumApps, Vincent held several key positions at Air Liquide from February 2012 to January 2020, including Digital Fab Director, Global Digital Workplace Director, and Digital Workplace Manager, leading international teams to enhance collaboration and implement digital solutions. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role at CSC Consulting and project management at Hypnotizer. Vincent Roullet holds a Master’s degree in IT Strategy and Organisation from ESCP Business School and IT engineering and electronic degrees from SUPINFO and ESTE (ESIEE Group).
