Jason Foster

Jason Foster is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lume Cannabis Co. since February 2021, Jason previously held significant HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Director at Brookdale and District Human Resources Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond. Earlier career experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and as a Senior Recruiter, Chief Personnel Readiness, and Information Manager in the United States Air Force. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Excelsior University and two Associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Human Resources and Information Management, respectively.
