Guang Xia

Guang Xia has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career at UNIQLO as a Division Advisor, where they were responsible for training and motivating teams, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries. After that, they joined Northwestern Mutual as the Director of New Business. At Policygenius Inc., a tech startup, Guang Xia worked as a Case Manager, Senior Case Manager, and later became the Capacity Planning Team Lead. Currently, they are working at Lumen as the Customer Experience Manager for North America.

Guang Xia's education history began in 2010 when they enrolled at Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY). They pursued an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science and completed this program in 2012. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2014, Guang Xia attended John Jay College (CUNY), where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science.
