Bill Marcinko is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in financial intelligence and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Financial Intelligence & Operations at Lumen Technologies since November 2017, Bill previously held various leadership roles at Level 3 Communications from 2008 to 2017, including Vice President of Margin Management and Vice President of Management Reporting, overseeing financial accounting for various operational aspects. Bill's early career includes pivotal positions at Broadwing Communications as Vice President of Financial Operations, responsible for revenue accounting and assurance, as well as experience at MCI in revenue reporting and management reporting. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Virginia University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
