Crystal Dowds is a seasoned technology and business leader currently serving as Vice President of Architecture, Engineering, and Technology at Lumen Technologies since July 2020, where the focus is on innovative technology solutions for the Quantum Fiber network. Previous roles include Director of Product Management at Lumen, where responsibilities encompassed enabling customer speeds and enhancing equipment solutions, and Chief Financial Officer at Alaska Direct Fish, where Crystal oversaw budget management and strategic planning. With extensive experience at CenturyLink in various managerial and operational roles, Crystal has consistently demonstrated expertise in process improvement, program management, and cross-functional collaboration. Educational qualifications include a degree in LEAN Applied to Business from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
