Kristina Nissen

Kristina Nissen currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales - Strategic Pursuits for Lumen Digital & MidMarket at Lumen Technologies, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Nissen was the Senior Vice President at Salesforce from June 2022 to December 2023 and held multiple leadership positions at Pegasystems and Microsoft from 1999 to 2022, including Vice President North America Financial Services and various roles focusing on digital and sales excellence. Nissen began their career at Great Plains Software and served in the United States Army Reserve, holding the rank of Sergeant, while also working as a Certified Public Accountant at Eide Bailly LLP. Nissen earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of North Dakota.
