Nabil El Arabi

Nabil El Arabi currently serves as Regional Vice President at Charter Communications since April 2022. Prior to this role, Nabil held the position of Sr. Director of Field Operations at Lumen Technologies from January 2010, overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair of plant infrastructure across Southern California and Hawaii, with significant expertise in the Fiber Optic industry, Transport, and Infrastructure Engineering. Nabil's earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Operations Manager at Level 3 Communications from July 1998 to January 2010 and as Telecom Field Technician at MFS/Worldcom from May 1996 to July 1998. Nabil earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University between 1988 and 1993.
