Ron Levi

Ron Levi currently serves as Manager of Business Operations at Lumen Technologies, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ron accumulated over 26 years of experience at T-Mobile, where responsibilities included serving as Business Operations Manager for Global Care, focusing on vendor management, process optimization, and enhancing customer experiences across global care sites with more than 1,000 agents.
