Currently serving as a Principal Architect at Lumen Technologies since 2011, Troy leads significant projects, including a $50M initiative to transition to a digital IMS network, demonstrating strong collaboration and negotiation skills. Previous roles include Principal Engineer and Staff Engineer positions at Qwest Communications, where Troy managed the design and deployment of converged IP services and guided technical responses to government RFPs. Early career experiences at Nortel, Siemens, and the USAF involved various engineering and management roles, establishing a solid foundation in telecommunications systems and operations management. Troy's educational background includes technical training from the US Air Force and BOCES Vocational Technical School.
