Federico Montoya

Federico Montoya has extensive work experience in finance and sales management. Federico is currently the VP of Finance at Lumena Inc, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Manager at Synergy One Lending starting in November 2020. From November 2018 to November 2020, they held the role of Sales Manager/VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate. Before that, they worked as a Mortgage Consultant at Guild Mortgage from May 2010 to November 2018. In addition to their roles in the finance and mortgage industry, Federico also has experience in project management, specifically as a Senior IT Project Manager at Conduent from January 2017 to June 2017. Federico also held managerial positions at Xerox, where they focused on operational efficiencies from April 2015 to December 2016, and Great-West Financial, where they held various roles in business financial analysis, accounting, and finance management from January 2006 to March 2015.

Federico Montoya holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance, General from the University of Denver, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado, studying from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Federico has also obtained two certifications. Federico received the FP&A certification from the Association for Financial Professionals in October 2014, and the Certified Corporate FP&A Professional certification from the same institution in July 2014.
