Morgan Carite

Morgan Carite is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in regional sales management and key account sales. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for Vision West at Lumenis since November 2020, Morgan previously worked at 3M from July 2016 to November 2020, where roles included Key Account Sales Representative and Territory Sales Representative within the Consumer Business Group, focusing on the Stationery and Office Supplies Division. At Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, Morgan held the position of Chief Talent Officer for the Global Sales Workshop, leading recruitment initiatives and training programs. Earlier experience includes internships in digital marketing with Roche and a competitive sales internship at 3M. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a focus on Professional Sales from Indiana University.
